Roxie A. Bernard

For over 30 years, I have provided legal guidance to individuals, including professionals and closely held business owners, that is tailored to their needs for estate planning and probate in the administration of estates and trusts. Estate planning and administration can be daunting and I offer practical, thorough, and efficient advise so that my clients can meet their objectives in planning for their futures.

Whether your goal is to protect yourself, your family, your assets or, as is common, all three, I have the knowledge and experience to guide you through the complexities of probate administration for administration of estates as well as the administration of trusts, conservatorships, and guardianships. My aim is to be a trusted resource to help you manage your wealth and provide for your family’s future needs.

I provide a full range of estate planning assistance including tax planning, wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, powers of attorney, gifting techniques, and planning for foreign (non-US citizen) spouses. I also work closely with owners of family-owned and other closely held businesses to ensure that they have effective succession planning consistent with their estate planning goals.

I am a Colorado SuperLawyer® for estate planning.
