For Todd Kastetter, it’s all about tangible results.  With more than 20 years of civil trial experience, Todd helps individuals facing litigation in matters involving trusts, wills, guardianships, conservatorships, and probate and business/commercial matters, including real estate. 

With dedication and a clear vision, Todd helps businesses develop and execute litigation strategies to resolve commercial disputes.  His caseload also includes professional liability matters and general business litigation. 

Todd represents businesses, lawyers, physicians and other professionals, as well as fiduciaries such as conservators, guardians, personal representatives and trustees.  With an understanding of the needs of each client, Todd develops a thoughtful approach to solve the problem at hand.  The goal is to achieve a positive result as efficiently as possible, whether by negotiation, mediation or, if the circumstances require, litigation.

Todd has presented numerous continuing legal education courses to fellow professionals and has been asked to speak on his areas of specialty, including will contests, examination of expert witnesses, civil discovery and personal injury settlements before local, regional and national organizations.
