For more than 20 years, Roxie Bernard has assisted individuals, including professionals and closely held business owners, with their estate planning. Roxie also has extensive probate experience, including the administration of estates, trusts, conservatorships and guardianships.

Mindful that individuals often initially feel estate planning and administration are daunting tasks, Roxie’s experience allows her to efficiently assist her clients in meeting their objectives so that they may move forward. 

Compassionate and detailed, and with the benefit of her extensive knowledge and experience, Roxie provides thoughtful, thorough and practical advice for her clients, whether their goals are to protect themselves, their families, their assets or, most commonly, all three. She believes this approach is also imperative in guiding her clients through the complexities of probate administration, which encompasses not only the administration of estates, but also the administration of trusts, conservatorships and guardianships.  

Roxie provides a full range of estate planning assistance for her clients, including tax planning, wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, powers of attorney, gifting techniques and planning for foreign (non US citizen) spouses.  She also works very closely with owners of family-owned and other closely held businesses to ensure they have effective succession planning which is consistent with their estate planning goals.
